Available Weight-Based Variants:
- Up to 4 kg (4-10 lbs): NexGard Orange & HeartGard Blue
- Up to 10 kg (10.1-24 lbs): NexGard Blue & HeartGard Blue
- 10.1-22 kg (24.1-50 lbs): NexGard Purple & HeartGard Green
- 22.1-25 kg (50.1-60 lbs): NexGard Purple & HeartGard Brown
- 25.1-45 kg (60.1-100 lbs): NexGard Red & HeartGard Brown
- 45-60 kg (100.1-121 lbs): NexGard Red, HeartGard Blue & Brown*
*Note: HeartGard PLUS is only available for dogs up to 45kg (100 lbs), so for dogs between 45kg to 60kg (100.1-121 lbs), both HeartGard Blue and Brown packs should be administered according to your veterinarian's advice.

Precautions
Not for use in puppies under 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 2 kg (4 lbs) for NexGard, and not for use in puppies under 6 weeks of age for HeartGard PLUS. Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

Heartguard and Nexguard
I ordered Heartguard and Nexguard from Sierra Pet Meds on the recommendation of the staff at the dog shelter where I adopted a dog recently. I have given Heartguard and Nexguard to my dogs for many years. I purchased them from the Veterinary Clinic. I was excited to learn about a source for these medications at a much lower price than the price at the Veterinary Clinic.

Nexgard Heartgard
Products and Sierra Pet Meds are great. Products did not ship from Brisbane; instead and to my dismay I recieved the products from Singapore. One package came with weight measurements in Metric or Kilograms and one package in U.S. standard pounds or lbs. Products were of expected quality; however, I feel a bit mislead due to the shipment origin and difference in packaging weight units.
