I was very happy with Next Guard and Heart Guard for my 50 lb golden doodle. A friend suggested the simpatico as its only 1 pill and they had great luck, and do have I for the past 3 years. Simparica TRIO
So far, my 6 dogs are flea and tick free this season. As far as chewable, they're like a small hard biscuit. Only 2 of the 6 dogs will eat it plain. For the rest, I have to wrap it up in a slice of roast beef, turkey of ham to make sure they get their full dose. Delivery was a bit slow, as it took just over a month to get to my address in the U.S.A.
